Bidders are invited for pre-qualification from competent firms,
Companies and individuals for various works, supplies, services and frame work contracts as below:

Terms and conditions
A. Bidders are required to buy & fill the standard bidding documents and address them to the Secretary Contracts Committee Kisoro District Local Government P.O Box 123, Kisoro on or before 30th, June, 2020
B. Bidders are required to pay a non-refundable fee of 50,000 for category A, B,C D and E,
C. Should be paid on the Kisoro District General Fund Account no. 01983501005161 in DFCU Bank – Kisoro Branch.
D. Bid documents should be obtained from the Procurement and Disposal Unit during working hours from 8:30-5:00pm
E. The Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any bid
